The Oakwood Fine Arts Festival is returning in 2017 and we are currently seeking food vendors for the return of this premiere festival. The festival will include juried artists, entertainment, a children’s art experience (sponsored by Kosciusko County Community Foundation) and food booths.

Food Vendor Application

Booth spaces will be approximately 12×12
Vendor will be responsible for their own tables, chairs and tent or mobile unit
Mobile units must be self-contained
Please advise in advance if electricity is needed (may result in additional fee)
Booths must be set-up prior on or before 9:45 a.m. and remain open until 4:00 p.m.
Booth cost is $25.00
Food Vendor is responsible for collecting money and taxes (if applicable)
Food Vendors must be currently licensed in Kosciusko County and adhere to the guidelines of
the Kosciusko County Health department for mobile food vendors.
Please make checks payable to Oakwood Foundation.

Please list menu and prices
Use of space – each vendor/exhibitor will be allotted a 12x12 space for $25.00 (additional 12x12 spaces will be $25 each). Vendors are allowed to bring in tables, benches, tent, mobile unit and display surfaces. You are responsible to collect money and payments for transactions, please be sure to bring your own change. There is no electricity available, unless special arrangements are made in advance, which would result in an additional charge. Vendor is solely responsible for his/her equipment and should insure against loss or damage.

Vendor agrees that the Oakwood Foundation, Oakwood Resort, Chautauqua-Wawasee and their officers, agents, employees and volunteers will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise to a Vendor, their employees and/or their goods either while in transit to or from vendor space or during display time, or from any cause whatsoever. I have read the above and will comply with the Terms and Conditions for vendor/exhibitor at the Oakwood Fine Arts Festival.
